Body Fat – Freeze It, Fry It, or Suck It

I have spent the past 43 years of my life exercising and dieting. In spite of years of running, teaching aerobics, body building, powerlifting, kickboxing, spinning, yoga and Pilates, combined with watching every morsel of food that goes in my mouth like a hawk, I still seem to develop pockets of unsightly fat that will just not go away.
